Blendr — User Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Blendr application, a lightweight comic image creation and fusion tool focused on non-real character secondary creation. By accessing and using all functions of the Blendr app, users fully recognize and agree to the service rules and usage specifications stated in this document.
Blendr provides users with convenient comic creation services, including non-real image uploading, intelligent prompt optimization, and comic character image fusion generation, with a simple and barrier-free usage mode for all users.
All functional services provided by Blendr are independently developed and self-operated. The core creation functions such as image calculation, prompt optimization, and comic image fusion generation are completely supported by the app’s built-in independent service system.
The application does not rely on any third-party servers, algorithm services, or external technical platforms to complete any user operation and content generation processes. All service links are independently controlled and operated by our team to ensure stable, safe and independent user service experience.
Blendr adopts a no-account usage mode for all users. Users can directly use all core creation functions of the app without completing:
There is no mandatory information filling or identity verification link in the entire usage process, which maximizes the protection of users’ usage privacy and simplifies the user operation process.
Blendr always adheres to the principle of minimal data processing and only processes non-real image materials and prompt text content actively uploaded and edited by users to complete the intended comic creation functions.
Blendr does not collect, capture, identify, analyze, store or process any user facial information, facial biological features, facial contour data, face recognition information or any face-related personal data in any scenario.
The app is not equipped with any facial detection, facial scanning, facial analysis or facial recognition functions at all. Under no circumstances will our system automatically extract, identify or retain facial feature information from user uploaded pictures, device albums or device cameras.
Even if the content uploaded by users accidentally contains facial elements, our independent service system will completely ignore and not record or analyze any facial related data. Zero collection and zero processing of user facial and facial feature information is a fixed service rule of Blendr.
Except for the creative content actively provided by users, Blendr will not actively collect any other personal private information, including but not limited to device information, location information, usage records and personal preference information.
Blendr promises absolutely no third-party data sharing behavior. All user uploaded materials, optimized prompts, generated comic works and all user-related potential private data will not be shared, transmitted, sold, leased or disclosed to any third-party individuals, companies, organizations or institutions in any form.
Since all services are independently operated, there is no third-party data docking or transmission link in the whole service process. User creative data and private information will never flow to any external third party.
Blendr is only applicable to the creation of non-real character images, hand-drawn illustrations, original comic materials and other non-portrait, non-copyright infringing contents. Users shall be solely responsible for all materials uploaded and created by themselves.

Our self-developed service only provides technical creation support, and does not occupy, use or disseminate user creative works without authorization.
All user creation data and generated works are only stored locally on the user’s personal mobile device, and will not be automatically uploaded to any cloud server or remote database.
Users have independent control rights over all local creation contents, and can delete or retain creation records and image files at will. We will not remotely collect, back up or obtain any user local data and creation contents.
