Blendr — Premium Membership Agreement
These Subscription Terms exclusively govern all premium subscription services provided by the Blendr application, a lightweight comic image fusion and creation tool for non-real character secondary creation. All subscription users who purchase, activate and use Blendr’s premium membership services shall fully accept and abide by the rules and specifications stipulated in this agreement.
The subscription service is an optional premium benefit launched by Blendr, aiming to provide users with preferential in-app resource benefits and optimize the overall creative experience.
All subscription services of Blendr are independently launched and operated by our team, matching the app’s self-developed image generation and prompt optimization core functions. The subscription service is divided into multiple cycle versions, including:
After users successfully complete subscription payment and activate membership privileges, they can obtain exclusive premium benefits within the valid subscription period. All service rules are formulated independently by Blendr, without any third-party service participation or linkage.
The core exclusive benefit of purchasing any Blendr subscription service is to obtain a large number of preferential in-app coins in a one-time manner. After the subscription takes effect, users will receive the full amount of preferential coin resources corresponding to the subscription package at one time.
All coins will be automatically issued to the user’s local app account immediately without additional operation by the user. These exclusive preferential coins are only applicable to the internal creative service consumption of the Blendr app, and are exclusive premium resources for subscription users.
It is clearly stated that the Blendr subscription service only provides users with one-time preferential coin benefits, and all comic image generation and creative optimization functions during the valid subscription period still require the consumption of in-app coins normally.
The subscription membership does not unlock unlimited free generation privileges. Users need to consume the exclusive preferential coins obtained from the subscription to complete each image fusion generation and prompt optimization creation operation.
The validity period of the subscription service shall be subject to the corresponding package purchased by the user. The subscription term takes effect immediately after the payment is successful.
The one-time preferential coins obtained from the subscription are permanently valid in the app unless the user actively clears the local app data. After the subscription expires, the user can still retain the unused preferential coins, but will no longer enjoy the exclusive subscription preferential recharge benefits.
All subscription benefits and in-app coin resources are only used for the user’s personal non-commercial creative operations within the Blendr app. Users are prohibited from:
Blendr reserves the right to terminate subscription benefits for users who violate the usage specifications.
All subscription benefit distribution, coin settlement and function consumption statistics are completed through Blendr’s self-developed internal service system. No third-party platform or institution is involved in data statistics and benefit issuance.
The app will not collect any irrelevant user information in the process of providing subscription services. Blendr does not collect facial information or facial features, and strictly protects all user usage privacy and subscription data security. We will never share any user personal information with any third party.
